Terms & Conditions

• Orders will be Deliver in between 9 am and 6 pm (Indian Standard Time) only.
  
• Orders received before 1 pm (IST) on the date of delivery will be Deliver in the same day if the place is Hyderabad / Secunderabad and Bangalore. Other than these areas will be Deliver on the next day.
  
• Orders received after 1 pm (IST) will be Deliver on the next day.
  
• WE INSIST THE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF DELIVERY FOR EFFECTIVE DELIVERY.
  
• The order of the customer will be EFFECTIVE only after the payment is authorized. The processing of credit card of the customers for authorizing the payment takes time and icongifts is not responsible for any delay in such process.
  
• If the order is received after the delivery date due to any reason such as technical, the reason mentioned in 5 above, or the delivery is not possible by reason of natural calamity, strike, riot etc., not allowing to reach the place of delivery, we are at liberty to cancel the order. However, the customer will be given intimation in such cases the amount will be refunded in due coarse.
  
• Presently icongifts.com. undertakes on line orders for deliveries in India only.
  
• Orders received after 1 pm (IST) on Saturday will be Deliver on next business day.
  
• Please check all delivery address information, delivery date and message if any before submitting an order.
  
• Incomplete address information, wrong phone numbers may delay the delivery.
